A significant focus at the booth was the HDMI Cable Certification Program, emphasizing the importance of using Premium and Ultra High Speed HDMI Cables. These certified cables, equipped with anti-counterfeit labels and verification marketing banners, ensure consumers receive high-quality, reliable products. Visitors were also introduced to HDMI Authenticate, a tool on hdmi.org where they can report suspected counterfeit products, promoting consumer awareness and product integrity. Four insightful videos provided a deeper look into the consumer electronics marketplace and the latest HDMI features. Rob Tobias, CEO of HDMI LA, led a comprehensive booth tour, explaining various programs and demonstrating the AI-enhanced Samsung 8K UHD TV. Additionally, key HDMI strategic partners, including ASUS Computers, Granite River Labs HDMI Authorized Test Center, and premiere cable manufacturer Elka International, were featured in interviews, discussing their contributions to HDMI advancements and gaming initiatives.
